To become a certified carrier of
C2 Freight Resources, Inc.,
you must:

as a New Carrier (if you have NOT visited before). |

Supply your updated Carrier contact information, and submit electronic W9. You will
be asked to provide: Company Name, TaxID, MC Number, Remittance Address, Phone,
Fax, Email, Contact, etc.

Complete the Carrier Profile.
|
|
|
Read and ACCEPT the "Transportation Agreement".
|
|
|
Provide a copy of your INSURANCE CERTIFICATE that meets the
C2 Freight Resources, Inc.
Insurance Requirements:
* $100,000 Cargo Coverage
* $1,000,000 Auto Coverage
* If RMIS does not already have a copy of your certificate on file, we will
request one for you from your insurance agent (producer).
